We offer a 7-day exchange policy starting from the date you receive your order.

An exchange may be requested only if:

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

✅ Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unused and undamaged, except where the product arrived damaged or defective.
• The product should be returned in its original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or invoice.
• For damaged or defective products, customers may be asked to provide clear photos or videos of the issue.

❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than those listed above.

The following items are also non-returnable:

• 💄 Opened beauty or cosmetic products due to hygiene reasons.
• 🏷️ Clearance or final-sale items.

💳 Refund & Exchange Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your request.

If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.

💰 Refunds, where applicable, will be issued through the original payment method.
